Does your current life feel like you're stuck in a high-stakes fight without enough health potions—and your teammates are just two cats who refuse to help?
Navigating life can feel like playing a game where the rules change every morning and the difficulty is permanently set to 'Hard.' You don’t have to navigate these levels alone. Let’s tackle it together and find the solid ground you need to keep moving forward.
Hello!
Hi, I’m Daniella!
I provide a warm, empathetic space for people to explore life challenges without judgment. I know that life can be deeply heavy—sometimes so heavy that the only rational response is to laugh at the sheer absurdity of it all.
My approach is collaborative and kind, but I also have a deep appreciation for the dark humor that often comes with navigating tough seasons.
In my free time, I am often being judged by my two black cats (who are remarkedly unimpressed by my credentials and job and enjoy making appearances during sessions). I’m also a big fan of writing, drawing, and gaming. Whether I’m playing video or board games with friends, or rolling for initiative in D&D, I find that play is a vital tool for surviving this world. Sometimes, life feels like a series of bad dice rolls, and I’m here to help you navigate the critical fails without losing your sense of self.
I’m here to help you navigate the dark stuff with a mix of genuine compassion and a bit of levity when we both need it most.
Why I Became a Therapist
Like many people, I’ve navigated my own mental health challenges and struggled with my sense of self. My path to becoming a therapist was personal. Navigating my own mental health journey, chronic illness, and PCOS taught me the profound value of being met with curiosity and patience.
Therapy, to me, is a space to explore what’s shaped you, honor what has helped you survive, and gently move toward a way of living that feels more grounded, connected, and aligned with your values.
