Have you been wondering whether ADHD or autism might better explain your experience? In an effort to increase access in the neurodivergent community, I now provide diagnostic assessments. I firmly support self-identification and recognize that there is often still a want to have a provider confirm what you have been suspecting.

The assessment process/type will vary based on your needs and what you are wanting from the diagnosis. Please note that some institutions (school, healthcare, work) may have varying requirements for diagnosis. I highly recommend asking questions to find out what the specific organization requires for accommodations.

If you’re primarily looking for clarity or self-understanding, an informal assessment may be a good place to start.

Includes:

  • 1 hour clinical interview gathering history,

  • One feedback session to discuss findings and recommendations

  • Confirmation letter for personal use

Formal Assessment

Provides a more comprehensive evaluation and documentation that may be used when seeking certain medical, educational, or workplace accommodations.

Includes:

  • Extended diagnostic interview

  • Feedback session to review findings and recommendations

  • Comprehensive report for (some) medical & educational accommodations
